I'll one up that and say it's flat out STUPID to be selling today. At least anywhere below $3.00.

If OWCP doesn't run to a new 52-week high in the coming week or so, something is wrong in the minds of investors.

As you said, 70% in itself is huge. Talks of ongoing negotiations is a big bonus. Talks of WORLD-WIDE interest via ongoing requests is big.

Granted, I've been able to connect the dots for months. OWCP is going to be sooooo much bigger in the months to come.
