Yes. Read ALL my posts- $ABHI won the case as the defendant

$ABHI is the defendant. This lawsuit is the one about the PATENT and that the patent had defaulted. ABHI argued that they didn't default and that they stupid be able to pay for thr patent and any costs Theros due since wit went unpaid.
The judge agreed. $ABHI has officially won back their patent that was STOLEN from then via receivership court by PC headquarters.

Does that make it clear now? By ABHI winning this case - they will now win the other case which deals with violations of that patent and money owed to them by PC headquarters for usage of the software for 1 1/2 years.

Georgie- all of this is in the DD and not just one post of mine. in fsct- this was covered ad nasaem already
