You are confused, You are mistaken convertible debt and share dilution, 2 totally different things. Plus ,you still cant answer why would Wade needs to increase Authorized Shares count to 1.2 billion shares( yes, billion :)

Why would he do that when Outstanding Shares count 275mil. , yet he wants 1.2 billion shares authorized?
If you can answer this question with straight face, you will know :)
