Tug of war here between the manipulators. Someone spends $80 to take it down then someone else spends a few dollars to bring it back up. I bought in at 3 cents a few years ago. The shorts ripped it down after that as anyone can see, but most of them are gone since the carcass is essentially bare now. I think it will hang out here until some news comes.....
