Nice! Motorsports are golden, economically speaking. See: NASCAR. Putting in an "off road driving school" wouldn't be a bad idea, either. Charging little old ladies for a couple of thrilling hours behind the wheel of a rugged off-road vehicle sounds like a good business plan.

Heck, find some way to get one of the pro garages to locate to Ceilo Mar. Those are attractions in and of themselves.
