OTC Markets shows 1,519,795,399 OS as of Jan 1, 2017. It's my opinion that it's probably 3 or 4 times that as of now. JMHO, the TA doesn't release SS information on SPOM. Many have tried to get updated numbers, including myself, and been told to have a nice day.
