I believe the Texas facility is a location, to house and feed new prototype worms as new demands are needed. Once these worms have been proven and samples delivered, the new client volume supply needed will be evauluated and then this new worm will be plugged in overseas if demand demands it. With this concept, KBLB could juggle up to 30 (30= wild ass guess) different experimental worms at Texas location, Tweaking until samples line up. Then that new fiber could be plugged in ...online in Vietnam. This is just a thought that seems to fit.
Have no ideal if true but feels right to me. Because 2000 trees is not going to feed a Global Industry which we tend to believe we are on the cusp of.
