olico perhaps, but why else would they be so tight lipped? they can't or won't even put out a PR of apology to the shareholders on why they failed to file, (even if it were to to explain that divulging that info would jeopardize the merger)its one of two things either they don't really care (which I doubt) or they are intentionally trying to lower the PPS, knowing people will bail as several have. just plain stupid as most of these pennies operate.
