Stated there is historically no Placebo response from Severe patients on SIB. I love that they still included a placebo arm in this trial instead of some questionable "historical control" like Anavex. If the "no placebo response on SIB" is correct then the "anecdotal" evidence received thus far is possibly very significant. We will find out soon. Neurotrope won't be pedaling dose optimization results like they actually mean something two years from now. That's how one actually designs a trial to fail quickly.


50 other compounds on tap once hopefully the concept is proven. It even should work in a preventative fashion for Alzheimer's.
