PRXT is issuing a dividend of 1 share of CYDF for every 200 shares of PRXT you hold. This will be the second time we receive this dividend pmt and this one is is even better than the 1 for 500 dividend paid last time.

*note* PRXT spun off CYDF and still holds over 16,000,000 shares of CYDF.
