NOTICE of intent to dismiss pursuant to FRCP 4(m). The COMPLAINT in this action was filed on 6/29/2016. To date no proper proof of service has been filed as to Sycamore Entertainment Group Inc. and Edward Sylvan. FRCP 4(m) dismissal deadline set for 12/23/2016. (Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - RFJ)

Summons Issued as to Sycamore Entertainment Group Inc, Edward Sylvan. (JM)

I would like to see the outcome also.
It looks kind of like a decision was made and it is over.
