The link you're referring to is a poorly auto-generated article with many tickers. Who knows the motives (or cares) why they do this, but your future as a trader depends on the ability to filter out bad information like this. If it doesn't come from a reputable news or brokerage site, it's garbage. Almost all of these have blatantly incorrect technicals posted, and this is easily verifiable with a basic understanding of the market from spending a few weeks on Investopedia.

Google frequently changes their ranking algorithms because of auto-generated spam sites like this. It's really a scourge of the Internet (not just stocks, but anything being promoted), e.g. fake news. It's a disservice to everyone to repost this - you're doing their dirty work for them.

Re-read your entire linked article. It does not make sense. Just sayin'...
