The mysterious case of TPIY China:
After searching the internet, I can find no verifiable evidence that this company has ceased operations, according to some on the yahoo message board they have. but I can not see any proof of that.
All we know here, is that:
They failed to file their 10k with the NYSE in 2016, and were delisted and banished to the pinks.
But with a market value of 153k at this price.... and last known cash on hand of 15 million?
Shares valued at 2.50+ imo.
I think it is worth the wait to see what will happen here... Its worth a small add on the bid imo.
