Things don't quite make sense at the moment. Why would the company come current with their SEC filings but still be in default with the Nevada SOS? This has me puzzled. Oddly, it's why I'm currently optimistic. Kinda thinking there actually might be some kind of merger here. Something is brewing sure seems like. I too never received an email back from singleshots. I may call them but I'm betting they have an answering service just like IDVC. They're keeping a tight lid on things in whatever is happening.
