So in that 10k it said 10 days from information date...which was today... So if they are in fact going to RS we should expect an announcement soon correct? At 3,000 for 1 - wouldn't that put the OS at 2.2mil (ish) and PPS based on market cap at about $2?

Obviously we would come out flush with a hell of a lot less shares but definitely could be a step in the right direction as long as they don't dilute immediately following.
