I haven't researched the platform yet but I guess there is one called Robinhood that is supposed to be good.

It is some startup that already has a net worth over a billion dollars. $0.00 in trade fees but to get a premium account you can pay $10 a month.

I have not researched it so I don't know it's dependability, or quality - or what the hook is - where they make their money)

Just tossing it out there.

Etrade is also down to 4.95 (or at least that is what I get charged on etrade)
