That is certainly what it appears to be. My guess is that folks shorted in the $11 range and want to profit on the way down.

However, I am betting that some major firms will initiate coverage on $CYCC now that the lung cancer drug appears quite effective.

I don't think we see $40 until +Phase 3 trials, but $15 is my price target. Been watching for YEARS!
