Serf threw a red flag...that's it, I'm out.

Yeah, no reason at all why a private company in the middle of a merger to enter the public market would have any interest in attracting new shareholders. Can't think of one good reason why they would think a good place to do that might be the HOME PAGE. Your got me Serf...like I said...I'm out. <snicker>
