Increase the number of authorized shares (5,010,000,000) shares, which shall be comprised of five billion (5,000,000,000) shares of Common Stock and ten million (10,000,000) shares of preferred stock of the Company
Execute a reverse stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock at a ratio of up to one post-split share per five hundred pre-split shares (1:500) (the “Reverse Stock Split”).
