As described above, companies that register with the SEC must also file quarterly, annual, and other reports



NEWC is an SEC registrant. They have a legal obligation to file. When they don't, they can, and will, be revoked.

At this point, what is more critical to NEWC is not the 2-year old delinquent filings, but their failure to respond to the SEC's comment letters and amend their Form 10 Registration filing. The SEC usually revokes such companies within 2 years. NEWC's 2 year date from the initial Form 10 filing is almost up.
