I held shares for a while and sold. However one thing really hit me about every filing she put out saying she'd parted ways with yet another accountant, what really stuck me - when I read another company's filing saying they had also changed their accountants was, that in that other company's filing they went out of their way to say theeee only reason they were changing accountants was because the accountant was retiring and closing his practice, they said every way you could think of that there was no dispute, no disagreement over accounting practices etc.

Those filings saying she'd fired another accountant should have been our loud alarm bell, and we all know what to watch out for in a filing saying that any company has changed its accountants from now on!
