As I said in my original posting, if that person( or the group) had any intentions to buy any shares they wouldnt keep "placing and cancelling" that order over and over and over again.

I am doing this for a while , and I can tell you that someone trying to manipulate the stock upwards. No question
But I am not saying stock price should be more or less, it can run to 0.01 or can dip to 0.001s all I care ,But in my opinion ongoing manipulation pump attempt has opposite effect than what they are trying to accomplish. For example I would have bought here If they arent trying to pump with fake large orders and canceling them immediately , and keep doing them over and over again the last few days
