Question to knowledgeable posters out there.

Is there a time frame or any type of measurement of a stock by the SEC that determines when the stock is suspended or delisted? Or is it just random?

I get alerts about suspended companies from the SEC site, and some are not nearly as delinquent as this one.

So What's the dealio? Inquiring minds want to know!
