I can explain that to you.. so basically when you buy shares of QUEZF you are essentially just buying shares of KALY.v the price corresponds to each other based upon currency exchange rates.

Also - they will be updating their OTC profile in the coming days/weeks.. what happened was they took over a Canadian shell and the old Canadian shell was also trading under QUEZF on the OTC... so they haven't really put much focus into it.

I expect an updated OTC page very soon... current O/S is around 129 million shares.
