THIS is probably exactly why Hanks waited on that Nicaragua plant. The opportunity is WAY bigger in Texas per Mexican demand. The writing is ON the wall. Sell for peanuts, fine by me. Did I mention it will be the first refinery built in the U.S. in over 40 years???!!! HELLO!!!!!!
