cyofish, I had the same experience and by the time I finished my second call with him he expressed a concern that I didn't understand stock, etc. I then gave up. The fact is that in every filing since 3/31/05 they have stated the lower number, after split number, and those officially Ox.Sob verified and signed filings are the only materials we investors have to rely on so they can't use one set of numbers and have people since 3/05 buying based on them and then say - wow, sorry folks we rather use the others....and no notes of any kind except one whisper in one filing. Past tense verbs usually mean something to me - like its done! Seems like a serious violation to me.

So mark me down if you get through to someone on this I'd be glad to discuss it further.
