n40k - that is somewhat, but not completely, surprising..

If Peregrine continued to manage the trials - they would have full counts.

Once the patients move on to other circles, and especially those that are off Bavi (follow on PDx) - it may be harder to track and requires patient cooperation, as well as dealing with tough privacy laws (especially Europe).

Peregrine should know exactly how many patients are on compassionate use as they need to account for every dosage going for human use in all circumstances.
