Sell it as a cosmetic? It's only one of the most competitive industries in the world today with literally millions of skin creams available.

Licence their patent? Would be awesome if they actually held a patent or anything patentable. Cannibinoids in a skin cream is not even a new idea and that we must all admit. The idea that a cream could cure psoriasis for millions that would be worth something.

So OWCP will either reveal itself to be snake oil selling salesman it is or a wit smart company on the frontier of medical science.
