Once the stop sign is removed, the restrictions will be lifted. Unfortunately, since the stop sign will only be removed when DOLV is current again, the share price could be much higher when that happens. If some brokers are restricting buys right now, it would be a bad time for some people to try to flip. It makes it a good time, though, for people with brokers without restrictions to load now since there's less competition for shares. We might see some MM loading as well.
