That threat has two flaws: it's irrelevant and not credible.
Irrelevant: Chromadex already has other customers who are Elysium competitors. This is in fact what drives the disputed terms.
Not credible: Chromadex would not be inclined to compete with all is other customers and drive them away, for the same reason GM doesn't want to own car dealerships and Microsoft wassn't a PC maker.
