1. They admit they are not BE because of the FAILURE of the Cmax so they use the word COMPARABLE.

2. Then they go on to say RoxyBond is EXPECTED to be safe and effective as Roxicodone.......Yet they NEVER did a phase 3 safety and efficacy trial to prove this!!!!!!


They're about to be CANNED by the FDA advisory committee tomorrow. LOL LOL
