Scam company STOY misses deadline for filing 2016 10K with SEC

the deadline was March 31, 2017

STOY has now failed to file with the SEC 2 sets of financials, the Sept 2016 10Q and the 2016 10K

but not surprised

and why is this not surprising?

because this is what scam companies do!
