yes if you notice the volume today was off due to the fact daytraders were busy else where the float is locked it took me 25 minutes to get filled for 100k at .1378 I bought there because my average is so low it didn't matter and wanted to add another 100k just in case tomorrow is the day. If this halts for news and your out you will pay dearly when trading resumes. Or if it hits in the a m expect to pay at least 1.00 to 3.00 a share more before the open
