i am going to veto this. every board i've been on that does share counts turns into a total mess. few will tell the truth, and it encourages people to overinvest, in an effort to "keep up" with the share counts of those who may not even be honest about the position they hold.

it also is a meaningless metric. who cares how many shares retail holds? we'd be better served focusing on the fundamentals of the company.

so i'm saying circle-slash.

share counts are always a bad idea.
