Page 27 of the 10k... looks like they issued almost 2bil shares in the 4th q of 16 for 12 new loans?!

Also had a statement saying they may continue to dilute (this was on the page before 27 talking about series 1 and 2)

Not sure if that is a standard disclaimer or not.
