I'm not God but sure as hell have been right about this POS stock. I still have my Pfd A shares that I cant convert because company has issued all their authorized shares (200M)! Yes, that to me is fraud and they haven't done anything to help their shareholders...past management have dumped 200M into market and disappeared! Apparently there are other pfd classes that cant convert to common shares either. Unfortunately its pink sheets so SEC doesn't respond and or hold anyone accountable.
