I'm saying that nobody knows what ISBG owns because the company has failed to disclose the necessary information and what's out there in the public domain only raises more questions because it seems to contradict the company's own statements on the matter.

An audit would help clear things up obviously, but they've been saying that's "on the way" and "almost finished" and "in the final stages" going on two years now, and another three years or so before that at the previous tickers. So no, I personally don't think we'll ever see audited financials here.
