But would you agree that the ATM is in place because if BP isn't willing to meet the terms on another deal. The ATM would be a back up to raise more money. Which I personally think we will need to do by year end if a deal with upfront money hasn't been struck. If the company plans on starting another Phase 3 you would only hope they have someone in mind to help pay for it. I personally am not a fan of the ATM but hopefully I am wrong
