those Z shares are potent tho...each one counts as a hundred shares for voting...benny just got 5 million more at the end of march....i think they do have majority (and if they dont, z shares are an easy way to make sure it happens....not for free, but in lieu of salary and/or personal assets like in the past). if my memory is correct, in the previous filing about the r/s, it stated that the board would effectively have something like 8 billion shares worth of votes (even with the new share structure (cancelled)).
