WHERE did you hear this? Why don't you share more information of what you were told and by whom.....imo its all BS.last management destroyed this company after a previous R/S in 2012...anyone new will want to crush any existing shareholders before they put any new money into this defunct shell...I am not sure they can even get it back in god standings as they are years behind in financials and no lawyer would even sign off on the past bogus filings.
