The Company has completed 2 acquisitions over the last few months.

This is a busy and exciting time for the company.

Management's focus is to execute on the current business plans for both wholly owned subsidiaries. Cannabis Biosciences and Plandai Biotechnology South Africe. There's alot going on and management believes these 2 acquisitions should create long term shareholder value despite short term volatility.
