No New filings, No News...but surprising that one would start to Load at .0002 like this, unless it would be a group run.

If JC needs cash, it would take some gall to expect it from the shareholders...especially if according to some he is talking to his Attorney about an R/S. (possibly he has a new Note Holder C.D.)
