The filings said that that other guy became CEO on March 1.

Why is it that 2 weeks later on March 14 Yates signed the 8k filing saying that he was the CEO?

Is this another Williams thing where he said there was a new owner but it was just another lie?

Not one word from the new so called CEO. Getting spooky here.
