Cannot understand why stock price is not exploding up.

One of the reason may be this has been and is being shorted...it was a short squeeze that took us from $1.70 to $2.79 over a two day span when the $6.3 million dollar contract was announced.

Another PR of that scope and we will hit close to $4.00 IMO.
