Quick ??? for all posters. First of all, I own mmex so I want it to do well. I would like to add more. Why does everyone on this board(at least the majority) feel that the texas refinery will succeed knowing full well that the proposed refinery in Guatamala hasn't yet seen shovel to dirt and its been 14 months. Mature answers only!! Thank you
