new management means another R/S imo

they will need to spend a lot of money to get company back in good standing.. currently in default is many areas, financials, state of NV business licence etc etc

so Magaly and the other current officers, directors have maxed out the companies 200M authorized

so either they increased authorized and dilute the crap out of MGON or do a R/S and new management gets control

end of day MGON still owns nothing and does nothing.. DEFUNCT SHELL!
