The merger necessary was to MOVE millions (assets like refinery plan, land, etc) into the shell MMEX. That article is ridiculously idiotic!

How can someone take that article seriously when it starts of with a Forrest Gump meme?

That was a waste of my energy reading that. People made bogus claims about OWCP when it was trading around .03 and look where that ticker is at now...
