My guess would be it's just a mistake due to (what used to be) the Jeff Love connection. Even when I talk about CHRO I accidentally say it used to be LIG* instead of USAR alot. Nevada SOS doesn't show anything of the sort, so I'd say it's just a mistake. What did you type in? I'd be interested in seeing it.
