Hoping to see some developments on the merger this week, it's always a stressful time until they are finalized. Once it's a done deal then we can relax, sit back and see what kind of interest there is in EPT.

Thus far there doesn't appear to have been much of any insider buying or any visible action whatsoever for that matter. They have done a good job in adhering to the SEC's pre-merger 'quiet period', seems to have been kept very much on the down-low and that's a good thing. Unlike the other RM I was waiting on NE_WG, those idiots ran a promo pre merger, got suspended by the SEC and the merger was terminated....so I could really use some good news on this one...lol.
