Management clearly views the share price as undervalued. With that view, a reasonable partnership offer is cheaper capital. This is because they perceive that the sum of the current market value / NPV of our pipeline is higher than the market cap. So they would be inclined to accept some partnership deal on something if they felt we needed a lot of capital (ie, more than a few $ million). Either they don't feel that way, or we haven't had any offers yet. I suspect it is both, for several different reasons. For the latter, one is that they would almost certainly trumpet any received offer or received intent for offer (which would not be under any kind of NDA) to get the stock price up.

When we get concrete deal interest, we'll likely hear it.
